We hope you will be happy with your StinkyBotz nappy changer. However, if for any reason you need to return goods, please do so, unused, within 30 days, and we will either exchange or refund.

We cannot refund postage costs for returns, unless we‘ve made a mistake and the product is faulty or the wrong order has been dispatched.
